“Sister Love” (Acrylic on Canvas)

This painting is sort of a study inspired by the artist Natalie Osborne. I was testing by ability to be free while painting and not so focused on perfecting as I go but, allowing the imperfections to be the detail of the painting. With that I decided to add some colors with the flower for a touch of femininity and the sun to symbolize energy and power.The name “Sister Love” is a tribute to my sisters both by family and spirit— and to women everywhere who embody strength and womenhood.
