a multimedia artist based in CT and NY whose work centers on color and storytelling. Through painting, I draw from personal experience, reflecting on early adulthood, identity, and the complexities of Black womanhood. My work functions as a visual record of growth and self-discovery, shaped by lived experience and an evolving inner world.
Creating has always come naturally to me. I was raised in a family of makers—from a father who builds boats, to cousins who are also talented creators, and to a mother who continues to create. Being surrounded by creativity has deeply influenced my artistic practice. I find ongoing inspiration in both my surroundings and the people who contribute to my creative and personal growth.
I hope that while discovering and, experiencing my pieces you are able to find some familiarity and most of all inspiration.
Peace & Love,
